A lot of people want to lose fat around their belly – commonly called “belly fat”.
The good news is there are lots of exercises that can help you do that, but the bigger problem is really the food you eat. I believe our entire food system is messed up. When you have to keep food from going bad in a grocery store you break it. The result – everyone has big bellys. That’s the part you see.
What you don’t see is all the other health problems everyone seems to have now.
So make sure to each fruits and veggies. Seriously consider juicing most of your food and your belly problems will vanish.
That’s the eating part and it will make the biggest difference.
